I think that this discussion and exchange of information on the Culture Chat
line is OK.

Oil consumption and attitudes about energy conservation and use are a part
of all of our "cultures."

I always welcome new viewpoints and often like to tell people how much we
enjoy and learn from the newspaper stories we get when in Europe about what
is happening in this country or the war. It is always interesting to see how
others view us and to see what other nations think is really important in
terms of world news.
