Dr. Bernard W. Sweeney is the recently retired longtime Director and
President of the Stroud Water Resource Center. In view of Dr. Sweeney’s
depth and breadth of knowledge of water and the environment, the number of
interesting topics he could have spoken about to us is large. The topic that
he has selected is “Protecting the Supply of Wilmington’s Drinking Water.”
