but should work be done now on the specs for the work so we do not waste

I just wanted to update you on the status of the next phase of work. We are
proceeding with the research for the crack monitoring equipment, and will
make recommendations to you once we have enough info. The paint stripping is
on hold until it gets a little warmer. All of the products we recommend are
water based, and it really needs to stay above 50 degree at night to safely
apply. We will coordinate with Mark in several weeks once the weather is
cooperating. Please feel free to forward this email. I don't have an email
address for Joe or Mark. Thank You.
