Yes, there is the delete button.  I do not understand what is meant by this. 
  Does that mean a few  should continue making incorrect observations and 
silly statements and no one should call them on it?  It also sounds like 
someone had a bad experience with a French person and just can't get over 
it.  Why condemn a whole population?
