[Culturechat] Culture Chat lives on

You are right - we don't seem to get much activity on this part of the Idyll
Chat service, perhaps it is time to take a look at what we would like this
to be ---I am curious how many are on the Culture Chat list?  I don't have
any grand suggestions at the moment.
