Good morning. Due to the popularity of the Special Dinner on Wednesday,
April 7th, the Club is having 

a 2nd dinner with the same menu on Friday, April 9th.

Shrimp, Asparagus and Pea Soup with Lemon Grass

Saddle of Lamb with Sage Mousse

Baked Yukon Gold Potatoes with Rosemary & Garlic

 

Planked Delaware Bay Shad and Roe, Bacon & Lemon Butter

 

Roast Boneless Poussin (Spring Chicken)

Wild Rice, Carrots, Celery, Pine Nut and Raisin Stuffing

 

Bibb Lettuce, Arugula, Watercress and Radicchio Salad

Fennel, Golden Beets, Walnuts, Taleggio Cheese

Fresh Herb Vinaigrette
