[Wilmclub] NO TAKE OUT THIS WEEK

[Wilmington Club]

Dear Members,

 

As you may know, Governor Carney has extended the current restrictions that
were supposed to end on January 11th. These restrictions prohibit the
Members’ table as well as members having lunch with other members. The Club
will remain closed for indoor dining due to these restrictions. 

 

We also wanted to inform you that a member of our kitchen staff has tested
positive for Covid-19. He last worked on Wednesday January 6th. That evening
he began to feel unwell at which point he reported his symptoms to
management. He was instructed to stay home and receive a COVID-19 test. The
test came back Sunday, January 10th as positive. At this time, all staff who
came into close contact with the individual have been instructed to
quarantine and be tested. Due to this, the Club will be closed for takeout
meals for the week of January 11th. The Clubhouse will also be disinfected
during this time.

 

We will continue to monitor the situation closely so that we may reopen as
soon as we are able to do so while ensuring the health and well being of our
members and staff. We appreciate your cooperation and support during these
difficult times.
