[Wilmclub] Annual Meeting!

Dear Fellow Members,

We are writing to ask you for a favor. 

As you know, the Annual Meeting of the Club is scheduled for Monday, April
26th at 6:00 P.M. You also will recall that we were unable to have an Annual
Meeting last year due to Covid-19. It is, therefore, important for the
Club's governance to have an Annual Meeting take place this year.  

Currently thirty-six members are signed up to attend the meeting. Under the
Club's By-Laws, we are required to have fifteen percent of the membership in
attendance in order for there to be a quorum. As a result, we need to have
forty-seven members at the meeting. We, therefore, kindly ask that you
consider coming on April 26th, if you are able to do so prudently in light
of the pandemic. You will recall that the meeting will be held under a tent
in the parking lot and that Cocktails and Hors D'Oeuvre will be served prior
to and following the business portion of the meeting. 

We appreciate your consideration. Kindly call the office if you are able to
attend.
