Planked Shad and Roe, Bacon & Lemon Butter

Roast Long Island Duckling, Dried Tart Cherry Sauce

Leaf Spinach with Sliced Egg, Crisp Bacon and Whipped Brie

Chilled Grand Marnier Soufflé, Chocolate Sauce
