22nd.  The menu is as follows:

 

Black Eyed Pea with Virginia Ham, Corn Bread

Roast Rack of Lamb, Rosemary Sauce

Calf’s Liver, Sauté, Caramelized Onions and Applewood Smoked Bacon

(or)

Pan- Seared Ahi Tuna, Asian Slaw

 

Belgian Endive Salad, Stilton Cheese

 

Crème Brûleé, Berries
