[Idyllchat] Ticino Apartments

My husband and I are giving thought to doing an Untour in Ticino next  year.
 
 Can anyone enlighten me about the apartment locations there? Are they  all 
up steep hills or are there any on flatter ground? At 82 and 83 the old 
legs  and lungs aren't what they used to be and trodding up steep hills at the 
end of  a day can be breath taking in more ways than one, I'm sure, given 
the views  hills often offer.
 
Researching the Untour apartment site for Ticino the only places I seem to  
feel might be on lower ground are the Fiorentina apartments. Has anyone  
stayed there?
