[Idyllchat] Lodging near the Vatican

We're staying an extra day after our Rome Untour to attend a papal audience.  Can anyone suggest a reasonable hotel near the Vatican?  We really need a non-smoking room since I'm allergic.  Thanks for any advice you can give.     Sally
