[Idyllchat] suspicious emails

I would strongly suggest that you do a virus scan with an up-to-date virus checker, as that message you opened may have infected your system. "Phising" emails and web sites like this are all too common.

As a rule of thumb, even for the Idyll forum, if you even have a hint that something is not right or don't recognize the sender, don't open any attachment or link until you are sure. This list has gotten several so-called social networking invitations recently. Just delete the messages. Don't open links in it.

What exactly, Joyce, can you not get rid of? If it is photos from a common source, use your email program to block that email address so future messages just go to the junk mailbox or get deleted.

My spam started when someone used Idyllchat in the subject line, and asked the question if we wanted to see photos, which I replied to.
It was a big mistake and did receive bad photos from spam. I can't get rid of it as hard as I have tried. Maybe someone has a suggestion

I have continued to received emails (several today) that have idyllchat in the subject line, but that I feel are suspicious due to the "from" and subject title. I have refrained from opening any of these   I am beginning to suspect that the idyllchat list has been breached.    Anyone else having similiar thoughts??
