[Idyllchat] Renting cell phones in Europe

Has anyone rented a cell phone for the week in Prague and Budapest?  We will
be there later this month.  We are interested in staying in touch with each
other (one in our party cannot walk long distances).  I have information on
TravelCell for Prague and Budapest that we would obtain and return in the
U.S. but I wondered whether cell phones could be rented after we get there.
I would be interested in your experiences.
