[Idyllchat] Train stations in Paris

Hoping to travel by train from CH to Caen. I see a train with a  
connection to Paris-Est. Then one transfers to Paris-St.Lazare  
station. Anyone have an idea of how to get from one to the other?
  I want to go to Caen, rent a car, and do some more in Normandy.
