[Idyllchat] Gemmi Pass hike

Bert,

My wife and I have done that hike twice from the Kandersteg end to 
the Leuk end.  The last time in 2005 when we were 72.  We were not 
too weary to take the bus/train back to Kandersteg.  I think that I 
like going in that direction because then the pass becomes the climax 
of the day in fact and in time.  Another advantage maybe that you can 
get on the trail earlier without having to get up very early.
