Frank,

If you are meeting your Untours rep at the Rome airport, don't worry  
about getting there. If they still do as they did when we went two  
years ago, we were bussed to the car rental place in Spoleto. From  
there everyone was escorted to their respective apartments. We were  
also given a good (1:200000 scale) driving map while we were on the  
bus from Rome to Spoleto as well as good driving directions to the  
apartments.
