[Idyllchat] Small Umbrian Towns

We will be going to Umbria this May and would welcome any recommendations
regarding which towns surrounding the Spoleto area and beyond to see.  The
descriptions of many towns are so similar that it's difficult to decide
which ones to visit.  As always, getting feedback from fellow untourists is
often the best information anywhere.  Also, is driving in Umbria as easy as
I've been told?  Are the roads well marked?  How's the food? Any
recommendations? Is parking a nightmare?
