I think I shall admit at this point that I didn't investigate it thoroughly
enough to find out how much one of these "TrekPods" actually costs.
Now looking at their webstore I have to admit that while I am an avid
photographer, I am not a big hiker and this would definitely not be worth
the investment unless I were planning on beating off wild animals or bandits
with it.
