My apology regarding my earlier posting about Travelex travel insurance.  I gave a bad web address.  It seems I read that web address a little too quickly from my bookmarked page!
Try www.travelex.com/us/personal/travelinsurance.asp?content=tie (will take you directly to personal travel insurance info) or www.travelex-insurance.com (main home page where you can work your way through to personal travel insurance).
That should do it!
