During our stay in Kandersteg last year, we took a prearranged trip to
Tagerwilen to visit the church my grandpaents were married in in 1849. We
were taken up the bell tower and were amazed at the size of the bells. The
church had the timbers carbon dated, and some were from the mid 1700s.

Our own littrle town of Woodstock, VA has three churches that ring their bells
every hour from 0700 to 2100. One includes a hymm at three oclock. It is
really a nice enjoyable touch.

Well, it looks as we have indeed found a new subject.
