My husband and I did the Prague Untour several years ago and while there we  
booked an overnight trip to Cseky Krumlov, a wonderful old world heritage 
town.  If you are on a sampler tour, however, it wouldn't be feasible as it really 
 takes two nights there to take advantage of it as getting there takes up a 
good  portion of the day and the same for return. However, if you'd like to

Also, we stayed at the Pension Barbakan and it was great. Just a 3-5 minute  
stroll from the center of town and directly across from the very good town  
museum.  We enjoyed being able relax on their terrace overlooking the  river and 
enjoy a glass of wine. Here is their web site for anyone else reading  this
