You can try getting in touch with Le Fenice before you go, but good  luck.  
We found the schedule to be erratic depending if they had  productions on.  
But, it is well worth making the time to go on the  tour.  
 
I also tried an Internet agency to Italy (sorry I forgot the name) and they  
were absolutely no help at all.
