[Idyllchat] Amalfi Coast

We have not rented one of the apartments.  But we have driven the Amalfi coast.  Your passenger will get a fantastic view.  We drove from Rome.  The first trip, we came over the hills and into Ravello.  The second time, we came in from the Sorrento end.  That was easier.

  Has anyone rented one of the apartments on the Amalfii coast?  Which one?  Also did you drive on the coast.  Rick Steves discourages anyone to drive it.  So, in a nutshell what can you advise on that trip?
