[Idyllchat] Efficacy of travel insurance

I understand there is another caveat the article doesn't address.  
That is whether the coverage is valid in another country. I have read  
that in some countries even though the CC company says they cover  
you, the issue is whether the local authorities will recognize that  
coverage.
