[Idyllchat] U.S. purchased, pre-paid phone cards

No European experience but on a South American trip last summer local cards were better than Nobel.com in terms of quality/consistency of connection. Nobel.com did work most of the time but switching to local cards was the path of least resistance......

       Our staffperson in Provence, Max Tomlinson, asked if I    could mine the experience of those of you on Idyllchat about pre-paid phone    cards for use in Europe purchased here in the U.S.  Does anyone have any    experience and/or recommendations about cards you can use overseas but that    can be purchased in the U.S.??
