[Idyllchat] U.S. purchased, pre-paid phone cards

Hi,
 
I'm not sure if this is still relevant because it was 3 years ago, but our  
daughter went to the Loire Valley on business and was there 6 weeks.  She  
purchased some phone cards here before she left.  The minutes were supposed  to be 
about $.25 a minute.  What she didn't know until she got there was  the 
connection fees which cost around $15. each time and that ate up her  money.  I 
think they were AT&T or MCI cards.  
 
Hopefully someone will have more current information.
