[Idyllchat] Kandersteg web camera

Our favorite Kandersteg webcam is Hotel Bernerhof where it shows the valley, a 
church to the right, and the mountains in the background.  We passed that view 
twice a day last year and always had to stop and look  to take in the beauty 
of it.

We celebrated our anniversary with a dinner at the Hotel Bernerhof in June, 
and we had that view from our table.
