[Idyllchat] Deruta ceramics

We will be going to Umbria in May.  We will be visiting Deruta to buy some
pottery and would like some recommendations where to purchase authentic
majorlica

Ceramics.  Do we go to the larger factories or the smaller shops?  If we pay
cash, can we trust that they will indeed mail the products to us?  

Also, speaking again about bancomats in Europe.  If I increase my ATM debit
card cash withdrawal limit here in the U.S., will European machines honor
this limit?

I've been told that they may only allow me to withdraw up to 250 Euros per
transaction or per day regardless of my limit here.  Is this true or not?  

What is the average ATM service fee in Europe?  Am I correct in assuming
that a cambio won't give me a favorable exchange rate?  Any suggestions
would be
