No, unfortunately she's definitely using the correct email address (wouldn't that have been easy - I wish). She is a regular poster and was able to post up to and including the beginning of March.
It's definitely some way that her ISP is not understanding correctly. And we have another member with a similar ISP setup who just sent me a note and is having the same problem.
I'll figure it out. At least now I have two guinea pigs for testing :)

I haven't had any problems with IdyllChat. Maybe she's using the old IdyllChat email address to send messages to. I think the old email address used to be idyllchat at untours.com.
