[Idyllchat] No fee Euros from ATMs and no fee credit charges in
Italy

Having working in a bank computer room, we used to take the ATM system
offline for 1 hour to do system backups. This happened, for the bank I
worked for, at 12:30 am which would be 6:30-7:30 in continental Europe. This
was 15 years ago. The backup devices are faster, but the amount of data
backed up is exponentially larger, so it would not surprise me if it takes
the same amount of time.
