While Vickie Kelber's statement "...fees charged by the bank or 
company that owns the ATM machine are NOT reimbursed." is correct for 
most ATM cards, the Charles Schwab ATM card refunds ALL fees, even 
those added by the local banks, in other words it costs nothing to 
use their card at any ATM in the world. I have used my card in many 
countries of the world and can attest that this is correct. My 
account will show the fee charges immediately followed by a full 
reimbursement of ALL fees. However, Vickie is most correct in stating 
that you should always verify any such information, to your own 
satisfaction, with the card provider. When it comes to money, always 
err on the side of caution.
