[Idyllchat] Airfare reduction and vouchers

I had the same experience a year couple years ago with NWA. The price  
we paid had dropped by about $250/person. I called them and they  
reissued the tickets at the lower price and issued us vouchers good  
for one year. It did cost us about $25/person for the change however.  
We had paper tickets at that time. I was under the impression that if  
we had e-tickets we might have been able to handle the whole thing on  
line without the $25 fee, but I am not sure.
