[Idyllchat] Airfare reduction and vouchers

Ron,  Are you saying you bought tickets some time ago for 849.21 (567.60 
+ 281.61) and UAL is, in effect, refunding the excess over the current 
sale price?   I never imagined any airline would be that fair or that 
generous.  Did you buy the original tickets directly from UAL?

/f you made your own airline reservations, you may want to check the 
current  prices from time to time.   I looked last week and found 
that our  April 22-May 7 flights had dropped to $567.60   ( IAD-AMS on 
United )  I called UAL, spoke to a wonderful agent, and am getting two  
$281.61 vouchers good for one year.  I was also advised to call back if 
the price went any lower and additional vouchers would be issued/
