We have a flight scheduled for next fall where our return from  
Amsterdam is into JFK but we have to then depart NY from LaGuardia.  
Our flight is scheduled into JFK at 4:50 PM and we are scheduled out  
of LGA at 8 PM. I see that there is the airport shuttle bus that  
theoretically should get us between the two airports on time. Does  
anyone have experience with the timing of the shuttle bus going from  
JFK to LGA at that time of day? I have read somewhere that going from  
JFK to LGA at that time of day is much better than the reverse.

Does anyone have recent experiences with the amount of time to clear  
customs/immigration at JFK? Of course they way things are that is  
something that could change drastically between now and next fall!
