[Idyllchat] Perugia During Eurochocolate Festival

Hello,

We are going to be staying near Spoleto in October and would like to 
visit Perugia during the Eurochocolate festival that will be going on.

Is it feasible to drive to Perugia with the festival going on or would 
it be better to try to look into a train or bus?  This is our first 
experience with driving in Italy.

Any experiences anyone can share would be most appreciated.
