[Idyllchat] Luggage

We’ll be staying in NY overnight  the 24th and leaving to Zurich (to
Ticino) on the 25th.  Does anyone know if there would be a problem if we
checked our luggage direct from our home airport, or wait and check it in
NY when we depart.  I read our luggage may be late, so would sending a day
ahead be a problem?  Would sure hate to lose it.
