[Idyllchat] Florence Italy Guide ?

Hi All ~

Let me start by saying 'thanks' for this fine way to get friendly and solid information.  I've gotten help for months and soon, I'll be leaving for my first trip to Europe.  I have a question about Florence....I have a whole day planned to just roam Florence.  Any of you gotten a guide for that?  I've done a great deal of reading about Florence, have a good map, but don't want to miss the highlights and history. If any of you recommend a guide, please let me know the who/how to do this.
