Hi Lyn,

Today I went to Walgreens and got those little Easy Dose pill packets. 50 for $2.99. What a great solution to our pill problem when traveling.

Hello all,
There's a really easy way to deal with vitamins/supplements as well as meds. At the pharmacy on one of those stands that have things hanging from them you can buy a packet of Ezy Dose bags. These are very small re-closeable plastic packets for pills. I think you get 50 or 100 for less than $1. If you have meds ask the pharmacist to print a copy of your RX's which they will gladly do, peel off the RX stickers and stick on the the front of the Ezy Dose bag. If you get a picky customs official they consider these "original containers". It's surprising how many pills/capsules will fit in each which is about 2 X 2 1/2 inches. We used them on a six week trip to Italy this year and saved a huge amount of space. Much better than bottles! For the vitamins either write with a Sharpie on the bag or print a small piece of paper listing what they are and enclose it.
