[Idyllchat] Snow in Meiringen

Meiringen sits at an altitude of 592 meter above sea level (1952  
feet). My house is at 500 meters. No snow even close. On the  
Hasliberg, there may be an inch or so. Sweaters do feel good though.  
Pilatus is 2000 meters, and there is a dusting only.

The saying goes that there has to be snow three times on the  
mountains before it stays. It does seem about 3 weeks early this year.
