Jerry,
I agree that we have to strike a balance between the expense and the
experience. But I would much rather do an Untours trip every year or every
other year than an extravagant "let out all the stops" trip once every 5 or
10 years.
I'm 67. I don't have the time to wait 5 or 10 years between trips, nor
do I want to. Given my family history and 2 heart procedures for me, I
figure green bananas are a long-term investment :-)
