[Idyllchat] Gluten intolerance

Wow!!  I didn't know how many of you knew about gluten intolerance, and how much help you have given me.  I haven't had tests to confirm the intolerance, but feel so much better without any kind of wheat flour.

Thanks to all of you who have helped me to learn about gluten intolerence  Went to Barnes & Noble today and bought several cookbooks on gluten-free cooking.  I was especially interested in flours for pancakes, waffles, muffins, etc.   And these cookbooks seem to fill the bill.  As you may guess, I love my bread products ;-))
