[Idyllchat] Celiac/Gluten Intolerence

I know this is old, and not related to travel,  and I deleted all references to it, but I think I may have a glucose intolerence.  I haven't been to a Dr., but since last Wed morning, I haven't had any wheat products and my abdominal area does not have the discomfort it did before.  (I love my bread and crackers!!)

My question:  Do you have a book/cookbook that helps those of you with this problem?  I hope so ;-]
