[Idyllchat] Venice

Hi Chris,

I'm just catching up on my Idyllchat messages since my two-month stay in Venice this summer. And you were in Venice (on your own) on July 7 when you wrote this email. I was there then, also on my own. Next time there, I hope to have a laptop, instead of not being able to find a cheap, reliable working internet point (almost impossible) to send/read my emails.

I do hope you enjoyed my favorite city, and will want to return to it. Venice is a very fascinating city to me :-)) And the islands - the cemetery island, Burano, Murano, Torcello, San Servolo, Chioggia, etc, not counting the mainland of Mestre and the once-a-week huge street market, are so very interesting.

Lynanne

We just checked out of Famiglia a few days ago. We're
in Venice now, doing some additional travelling on our
own. You'll love Famiglia, it's a great place.

I can't tell you much about Florence, except that we
did it as a day trip. We drove from Famiglia and
parked at Piazalle Michelangelo, then took a taxi to
the Ufizi. It was quick, easy, and I think only about
6 euros.

Ciao!

Chris
