[Idyllchat] Question about Diet restrictions

In Switzerland, both in the health food stores, and to a lesser  
degree in other groceries, there are a number of preparations that  
are "Glutenfrei". I would expect german stores to be on a par or  
better in that respect. I think there is even a gluten free beer!
