[Idyllchat] Question about Diet restrictions

I am not able to eat gluten--which is in wheat, barley and rye. Does anyone else in the Chat room have a similar health concern and able to give me tips on traveling in Germany and being able to stay gluten-free? I realize that I won't be eating most of the German food since it is heavily based on flour. Any dishes out there that I might be able to eat?
