Have taken note of recent favorable comments regarding  Untours insurance especially  since we usually take ours through Travel Guard.

We will be spending six weeks in Italy with Untours next spring and were about to take out their insurance since it appeared that they now covered Collision with regard to car rental and we no longer needed to purchase further auto insurance.

That is NOT the case if you are a resident of Washington, Oregon or Texas where we live.  When I spoke with the insurance company, I was told that they were not licensed to underwrite the additional auto coverage for residents of these three states.

In this case, it was good that we read the fine print.
