Vance, does a French turkey taste different than an American one?  (Or do you just "dress" it differently?)
  (Here in Houston, a fresh turkey was about $1.50 per pound, and a frozen one was $1 per pound at the standard national chain grocery stores, as usual at Thanksgiving.)

Just thought that some might like to know that I paid 82.00 US$ for 
our 15 pound French turkey last week ( 11.61 a pound ). Gasoline is 
now 6.41 US$ a gallon. Aren't you happy to be in the cheap old USA?
