I have not been to the Lugano Festival so far.  The only advice I 
can give is to book as early as possible. Here you will find details 
about advance sale of tickets (I have used the trustworthy service of

It seems not to be very customer friendly if you want to book 
tickets well in advance from abroad, for help you might call them or 
send a eMail to info at lugano-tourism.ch.
