       We tried to print out Vance's e-mail, but only the heading  will print for us, not the text!  Does Untours do something to the e-mails to prevent copying?  In any event our thanks to Vance for all his great e-mails!

Nope, Untours doesn't do anything to the emails. If you're having problem printing any email, try selecting the text, copying it to the clip board and pasting it into a word processor, or Wordpad, if you use Windows, and print from there.
